Our house was built in 1925. We believe the wood work to be cherry or oak. Most of it is original. The fireplace in the living room is fully functional and has a nice mantle. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one in the basement. Off of the living room is an office. The dining room has a built in china cabinet and the original french doors from the living room. The basement is partially finished. There is a bathroom on the 2nd floor and in the basement.
